DEPOSITS FOR EXTENDED APPOINTMENTS 

A deposit is required to reserve appointments that are 2 hours or longer. (EX: smoothing services, corrective color, Balayage, hair extensions, etc.) This deposit will be held and used toward services on the day of your appointment. In the event of a cancellation for these long appointment blocks, a 48-hour notice is required to receive a full deposit refund.

OUR CHEMICAL POLICY

We want you to have healthy and happy hair and this means telling us about your color history: at-home box color, henna, any allergies and medication and previous chemical services. During the consultation, your stylist will set clear expectations for your hair goals. The may involve a series of appointments depending on the listed factors. WE must be made aware of this information prior to your appointment because we care about the integrity and your satisfaction. Otherwise we cannot guarantee the results. We use L’Oreal Professionnel for color services.
