Carolina has been a hairstylist for 24 years. Born in Mexico, she has studied hair around the world. Last year, she decided to introduce some new salon concepts to Kansas City. She has carefully selected and trained our styling team, and all of Eclektica's stylists are dedicated to developing a long-term relationship with you and your hair, so your hair will continue to surprise you and always improve your image.

Master Stylist
Alexis brings us her unique talent and perspective from the cultural and artistic exurb of Weston, Missouri. She has liberated many guests with her skilled yet nonconformist approach to accentuating texture with contrasts. She is here because the diversity helps her grow as a stylist and a person, and she loves the concept of being dedicated to the guest's satisfaction. "Eclektica is awesome!"

Krystal's artistry has really flourished since she left the world of chain salons and become a style innovator in the community. She comes from Smithville, Mo., and has parlayed her natural graces into becoming the stylist of choice for the curly crowd. Her perspective comes from overcoming adversity from her own hair, and she can help you look like a rock star too. She loves working with Redken products, and her guests love Eclektica's fresh perspective.

Advanced Stylist
Alison grew up on the West Coast and studied hair on the East Coast. She has participated in fashion shows with top platform artists. Her favorite media are foil coloring, long hair and dimensional color. She knows you will love the intimate setting and the European feel of Eclektica; it’s amazing that you can finally find this kind of salon in Kansas City!

Advanced Stylist
Rachel moved to Kansas City from Manhattan, Kansas, where she worked at an upscale salon for 4 years. She has had extensive Redken training, including the Redken Exchange on 5th Avenue and the Redken Symposium in Las Vegas. She likes doing makeup and coloring. For inspiration, she looks to fashion, travel and different cultures of women. She is now discovering Kansas City. “I was ready for a change in life, and Eclektica fit that change!”

JENNY LYNN
Advanced Stylist
Jenny Lynn moved to Kansas City from Omaha, where she studied at Xenon International, a Pivot Point cutting school. She has received specialized training in color and bridal hair. She excels at color, cuts and men’s cuts as well as special occasions styling. Her other interests are painting and charcoal drawing, and her biggest passion is her family and friends. Her biggest influence has been a mentor who taught her to overcome fear by facing it head on! Jenny Lynn is at Eclektica because it is a fantastic salon to help her further her talents.

Jenni has also worked in the corporate world, but studied hair with all ages and can interpret styles for both the office and the campus. Her specialty services include long hair, layers and highlights. She came to Eclektica because she knows you will love the results of our philosophy. "It was the first salon I found that I felt shared my vision – belief in education, diversity and shared knowledge."

ABBY
Stylist
Abby came to Eclektica from South Johnson County. She loves Eclektica because "The clientele is more open to something artistic. It feels more professional; everyone is connected!" Abby is skilled at point cuts for men and women, resulting in more texture and movement. She also likes to change color formulas with the seasons, and always uses something different, like clip-in extensions. And as a mom, she knows how to make styles both practical and hip.

Stylist
Alondra grew up in a salon environment. She came to us from the Crossroads/Westside neighborhood. She is our youngest stylist and always has a fresh outlook. She exceeds at men's cuts, and also knows how to mix teen rebellion with adult sophistication.

LINDSAY
Stylist
Lindsay grew up in the Northland and previosuly worked as a bartender, where she learned to excel at customer service and multi-tasking. She became a stylist because of her passion for color and her desire to make people feel good about their image. When she finished her school, she began as an apprentice with Carolina at Eclektica, learning advanced techniques and the “tricks of the trade.” She loves to work with highlights and multishades. She also likes traveling, cocktail parties and adventure sports, and draws inspiration from designer Diane Von Furstenburg. She loves working at Eclektica because of the friendly atmosphere and the emphasis on advanced education. “It’s like a family here!”

| MICHELLE
Stylist
Michelle is a Parkville native and studied hair South of the River. She loves doing both color and cuts. For influences she looks to fashion, photography and alternative music. Her other interests include shooting photo portraits, running and healthy food. “This is where I want to be. The salon’s values and goals match mine, and they provide an amazing experience for the client. It’s all about listening to the client, meeting their goals, and making sure the result is right!”
